Fully Outsourced Option

Choosing the Fully Outsourced model means that Shoebooks takes care of all bookkeeping, payroll and compliance requirements that your business has.

This includes collecting money, paying accounts, managing staff payroll, liaising with your tax accountant and providing weekly and monthly reports tailored to your needs.

Hybrid Option

Hybrid provides the flexibility for the work to be divided between Shoebooks and your internal resources as you choose. At a minimum Shoebooks performs the bank reconciliation and post processing checklist. This ensures the accuracy of the work and provides a checking method for the work performed by you.

Accounts Receivable

We can raise and send your invoices, receipt payments and automate statements and reminders. We can also work with you to operate a collection process and record and report all customer interaction using our invoice notes system.

Accounts Payable

Scan and attach incoming bills to streamline the entry process.

We deal direct with your suppliers and will manage payments within your cashflow.

Manage Your Payroll

Take the stress away, stay compliant and pay your employees on time and accurately. We can set up our employee portal to reduce admin and allow employees direct access to their information. We have integrated Superstream and Single Touch Payroll (STP) modules to reduce admin costs.

Bank & Credit Card Accounts

We can handle transaction imports, writing matching rules and completing all your bank and credit card reconciliations.

Financial Reporting

We provide fully reconciled month end reporting including comparison to budgets and cashflow. We can set up custom financial models and reporting to meet your requirements.

Pre and Post Processing Audits

We complete comprehensive checklists prior to publishing accounts to ensure that everything is up to date and accurate. Each reporting period once published is closed to eliminate any moving goal posts.

Outsource Your Receipts

We can scan and enter all your receipts and expenses giving you important time back. Our scanning system automatically extracts the data and attaches a PDF copy to the transaction removing the need to keep copies.

ATO Compliance

Lodge your Business Activity Statements (BAS/IAS) on time. Use our integrated Superstream and Single Touch Payroll (STP) modules to stay up to date with employee liabilities.

Liaise with your Accountant and Advisors

Invite your accountant and advisors to access your accounts directly. We also deal directly with your accountant.
