The support and partnership I gained from David and his staff was like no other I had experienced in my career.
I have been in business for 16 years. It all started with one restaurant and throughout the course of this time expanded to a franchise company with three restaurants, a fashion company and a property development company.
As you can imagine the book keeping end of it all was extremely important and critical in the management of the day to day running of it all. After self managing all the bookkeeping using MYOB, Quickbooks, an accountant and at times a secretary/PA, I discovered that although I was a great business women I definitely was NOT a bookkeeper. I wanted to spend my time doing what I was good at and passionate about but instead found myself being drowned in bookkeeping matters constantly.
I felt it very hard to trust someone else to manage these affairs. That was until I discovered Shoebooks. What won me with Shoebooks was firstly the online component that allowed multiple users to use this program from multiple locations.
Secondly it had ALL the features of the other bookkeeping systems plus more, and was extremely user-friendly. I spent almost no time learning how to use it as it was so easy, but instead it taught me so much more about the world of bookkeeping. All the features offered are a big part of the way I do business every day.
Thirdly the support and partnership I gained from David and his staff was like no other I had experienced in my career; “on the ball” and innovative in their thinking.
