All Software support is now being channeled through our new online help ticket system. Lodge a ticket to streamline support to get answers quicker.
Support tickets are instantly allocated to a support resource and notification is provided as your support request travels through the process. You can also view the history of all your past support questions and responses for later reference.
To lodge a support ticket follow these simple steps:
1. Login to the members area (use the login screen on the Shoebooks homepage.)
2. Select Support Area from the Members Menu on the right hand side of the members area.
3. Click on the red plus symbol as displayed below. 4. Complete the rest of the form providing as much detail as possible and click submit.
The more information you include the better we can respond - feel free to include screen shots and additional information to better target our response.
